1, Just smile
When you smile at someone else, the physical action releases the endorphins in your brain. Endorphins are considered the "good drug" of nature. They make you feel happy and boost your self-esteem. When you smile, you feel and act more personally towards everyone around you, exuding a sense of positive attitude.
For some reason, if you do something similar to your emotion, the action itself will activate the same emotion in your brains in some ways instantly. It is something I have experienced especially when I am faced with a difficult situation I just smile and for some reason, I instantly feel that buzz from within that everything will be alright!. Therefore, why not try it because it works.
2, Be mindful of your posture
You need to stand up straight or sit up. Flatten the bottom of your back. Let your sides drop your shoulders wide. Even if you don't have enough time to change your appearance, it's enough to change your posture to make a big difference.
Feel free to try this posture practise at home few times a day in the mirror because trust me it boosts your confident and you stand out of the crowd.
3, Think of the worst scenario
I usually tell myself I know that people can disappoint you and it is a natural human behaviour which can be influenced by culture, attitudes, emotions, values ethics and genetics and for this reason i never really feel disappoint but if I do it is just for few minutes and I shake it off!
So, plan for the worst outcome possible. Once you know that you can power through even the most disappointing result, the anxiety will subside immediately.
4, Eat a healthy diet
Health is wealth, eating healthy diet especially "plant-based diet" which is any diet that focuses on plant-based foods. Fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts and meat substitutes may be included.
Therefore, pick the carrot lying in the refrigerator if you just need to feel a little better. Our mouth's last taste always shows how we feel — so eat something good for you.
5, Breathing exercise is good for you
The simplest solution is the one that we most often forget. Take a deep breath from the inside. Keep it a second. Then let go of all your insecurities when you breathe out. It is actually enjoyable!
