We have to wash our hands in the method CDC says

  • Wet your hands with clean warm or cold flowing water, turn off the tap, and apply soap.

  • Lather your hands by rubbing them with the soap. Make sure the back of your hands is lathered between your fingertips and under your nails.

  • Rinse your hands well under clean running water.
