7 steps on how to make a basic home-made facial scrub

How do we make a simple and basic facial scrub at home ? Before we go into it, we need to explain the benefit of it. Facial scrubs is a great way to exfoliate your skin and remove dry, flaky patches but then instead of spending so much money on expensive scrub from the store, you can make your own facial scrub at home !

Method #One to #Seven:

#1 cleansing cream and sugar scrub.

Wash your face carefully. Splash a bit of lukewarm water on your face, and use a soft clean cloth to wipe it. A facial soap might be use or anything best for your skin.

Put about a teaspoon of a cleansing cream right in the palm of your hands. This might be whatever you have on your hands, as long as you make sure it is creamy in texture, then pour 2 teaspoons of sugar over the cleansing cream and use both hands to mix the cleansing cream and sugar together.

#2 Coconut oil, Sugar and lemon Scrub

#Coconut oil has always been used for centuries by pacific Islanders, it is known for skin tonic, sugar and lemon soften, exfoliate and brighten the face.

Methods of making a good scrub with three of this ingredient

Put 1/2 cup of coconut oil in a bowl but if you don't have #coconutoil you can use olive oil, almond oil, or grape seed oil please don't use peanut oil, canola oil or vegetable.

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the bowl, and mix it and stir until it has a gritty and spreadable.

Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to the mixture, this will increase the cleansing properties of the scrub. Put in a jar seal it and store.

#3 Almond Meal, Oil and essential Oil scrub

Place 1 cup of almond meal in a bowl. You can buy almond meal at a store, but making it is easy at home, just place raw almonds in a blender and stop until they have turned into fine-grained meal.

Mix 1/2 cup of almond oil with the almond meal, but you can also use olive oil, coconut oil, Add a few drops of #essential oil. Lavender, lemon, rose or any good essential oil will make the scrub feel softer and smooth. After doing that store the rest in a jar sealed lid and keep it in a cool place, dry place. Remember to use the scrub on your face in a circular motion when applying it on your face.

#4 Toothpaste and Salt Scrub

This is great treatment for dead skin and acne!

Squeeze out 1 tablespoon of toothpaste, get 1 teaspoon of salt mix together in a bowl or in your hands then apply to the skin in a circular motion.

Leave on the skin for 10 minutes then rinse off with warm water. Remember to pat dry your face instead of drying it too hard.

#5 Honey and Cinnamon Scrub

Put 1 1/4 teaspoons of cinnamon in a bowl and 1 tablespoon of honey in a bowl

Stir it together until it forms a thick paste and apply in a circular motion.

Leave it for 30 minutes then rise it off with warm water and pat dry your face gently.

#6 Coffee Grounds Scrub

Coffee grounds are natural which exfoliating dead skin cells in your face and leaving the skin feeling refreshed.

Grind up some coffee. Take a tablespoon of coffee add a tablespoon of water then mix together well. Apply the coffee ground mix on your face in a circular motion and then pat skin dry.

#7 Yogurt Scrub

The B6 in yogurt helps to stimulate blood flow, making your skin feeling fresh and renewed.

Wash your face with soap or cleanser. Pat dry with a "clean" face towel or towel. Place ordinary yogurt in a bowl, apply it on your face and leave it for 15 mins or more. Wash your face with "cold water"
